Schools in NSW are required by the Board of Studies to publish an annual report [in compliance with - Section 3.10 Educational and Financial Reporting” of the Registration and Accreditation Requirements for Independent Schools under the Education Act 1990 (NSW) AND Requirements for Publishing School Performance Information as set out in Regulations under the Schools Assistance Act 2004 (Commonwealth)]
